Baccarat

I’m on the go, all the time — from work, to my workouts, to running errands, to meeting friends for dinner and a glass of wine after a long day. I leave my house at 5:30am and normally I am not walking through my door until the sun is setting. Needless to say, I live out of my car and, more importantly, my gym bag. How do I make sure I am able to do everything I do in a day and continue to look presentable as the clock ticks? I have a few tricks, but I want to share with everyone that asks me this a version of this question lately… “OMG … what did you just spray?” or What is that perfume you are wearing? O h my, oh my, oh my. That’s my reaction every time I apply Maison Francis Kurkdjian Baccarat Rouge 540. It’s one of those perfumes with top notes so magical and enchanting I have to keep smelling my wrist, because each time I do I smell something different. Shape shifting from the sublime saffron to the delicate jasmine and letting the transcendent ambergris peek through just enough to make my mouth water (ambergris does that to me…) and just enough to keep Baccarat Rouge from being a heady floral. Upon first sniff I thought what a lovely feminine floral, but I was wrong. Firstly, it is more than lovely – it’s incredibly beautiful, secondly, it’s not exclusively feminine at all, and finally it is not just a floral.

Minus my friend Jae Pukma, awesome instructor at Equinox, (please check out one of his fabulous classes !!) you will not be disappointed. No one knows, about Baccarat Rouge 540. So, hear it is ladies this is what I wear.

Baccarat Rouge 540 is born from the encounter between Maison Francis Kurkdijian and Maison Baccarat as a celebration of the 250th anniversary of the iconic crystal house. Crystal is obtained the addition of three components. Minerals, Fire and the know-how of craftmanship. Kurkdijian waned a fragrance that translated the feeling of transparency and density. A luminous and bright composition with a contemporary name with a vision of forward looking with a very graphic name and rich in meaning. To obtain the unique red baccarat color 24-carat gold powder is heated to 540-degree Celsius a temperature in which crystal gets this unique iconic color. This is Baccarat Rouge 540!

There you have it. I use the entire line. The oil is simply amazing!! For a complete all-day wear, I use the oil out of the shower with the lotion before dressing and a splash of this amazing yet not offensive.

See Elisandra Lopes at Neiman Marcus in Boston and she will hook you right up. Mention this caption.
